Its an alt win-con but I love it in my Alela deck. This deck bases itself around Alela, Artful Provocateur s core mechanic of getting more bang for your buck. Aura Thief is disgusting with your Enchanted Evening, where you sac the thief with evening out and essentially win. But if youre going for big tokens, this card might not appeal to you. She triggers Alela, and Alela triggers her. With Alela out, you can sac the fairy token that comes with casting artifacts/enchantments. I'm genuinely shocked she's not on Alela's EDHREC page at all, she seems like one of the best cards in the deck. This is just a free Alela activation which also helps keep your hand full (since ] is basically mandatory in the deck) Will generate you some good life and punish your opponents. I just love this card, and your swarm can already help mitigate wide boards, where this card can help deal with opponents who go tall (especially if they have good evasion) Can also be used as a political tool to make a friend in an emergency I'm available for any questions and will gladly take suggestions as this is my first primer. As a result, many aren’t sure of what exactly a primer should. so this is a brew I've been working on for a long while and I've finally written my primer on it, this deck does still needs more playtesting but I hope you guys enjoy. However, the term Primer in the EDH community has started to be thrown around to refer any piece of educational writing. Alela, Faerie Tribal Commander / EDH Faeries Tribal WUB (Esper) DreamLuna. But if you're going competitive, you need to focus on one or the other, rather than the split between. for some artifact shenanigans, or an Esper Enchantress shell. If you want something more competitive, though, Alela can handle it. More small bodies and potential big life gain. Primers have become a common way of sharing Magic-related information surrounding a variety of topics, including decks, archetypes, strategies, and combos. Sorcery (5) Brew based on new Brawl commander. I'm not 100% sure she'll be good, but she can probably end up pretty big with all the fliers that Alela can generate just by playing the rest of the deck Alela, Artful Provocateur Alela, Artful Provocateur. Just comparing my list to the others on EDHREC, here are some of the most unique cards I have that I think can be all stars: Alela, Artful Provocateur Urza, Lord High Artificer Unwinding Clock Tabletop 96 MTGO 31 tix Alela, Artful Provocateur. I am also not set on this particular commander, but I failed to find an esper commander that would compliment both artifacts and enchantments.Just built Alela myself over the weekend to try out at my next game night. The deck had a few combos that go infinite, as you can see in the list, and because I love the Eldrazi, I wanted to find some ways to cheat them out, as and I appreciate any help or insight into what to do differently in order to make the deck work better. The secondary goal is to identify cards that are not very suitable for this list and perhaps substitute them with cards that add to the overall consistency of the deck aswell as synergies between cards. The main goal of this post is determining the power level of this deck, so that I can easily join new playgroups and inform them upfront on what to expect. I would appreciate if you can determine the power level by the decklist and also help me throw some cards out aswell as putting some new stuff in. Hey, guys! Here's a decklist of my Alela EDH.
